Václav Jurečka leaves Slavia with 49 goals

Václav Jurečka, the top scorer of the last two league seasons, is moving to Rizespor in Turkey. Thanks for all the goals and many experiences we had together! Good luck.

Václav Jurečka moved to Eden in June 2022 with the status of the second best scorer in the domestic competition.

Before he signed his three-year contract, he said the following: "I take the contract as a reward for the season of my life, I waited for it for a very long time. I want to build on my performances, of course I see the competition, it will force me to grow. I will try to help the team as much as I can, especially by scoring goals. You just have to score goals from the striker position."

He stood up for his promise and the rest is history. 81 competetive games, 49 goals, 12 assists, back to back top scorer of the Czech league and a domestic cup champion. Once again, thank you for everything and good luck in Turkey!
