General sale ticket information

Tickets for home matches are on sale only once final details of the matches are confirmed. This confirmation is usually around 3 weeks before match day. The general sale of tickets will commence a few days later where you may purchase tickets online. Once the date/time of the fixture is confirmed, the details will also be available on the match schedule on the club website. All events for which you can purchase tickets can be found on the Ticketportal link above.

Ticket price varies into three categories (Z1, Z2, Z3) depending on the opponents.

Online ticket sale

As soon as the sale starts, tickets are available for online purchase at ticketportal.cz, where you can switch to English. Enter the name of the match into the searching field and find the sector you would like to purchase tickets for. Add selected seats into the basket, the maximum of selected seats on one purchase is 6 tickets. You can adjust a discount for children up to 14 years once the ticket is in the basket. Tickets can be paid by card online and after the payment will proceed, you get tickets into your email. You don't have to print tickets at home anymore, there is a possibility of entering the stadium only upon showing the ticket in your mobile phone.

Sale at ticket office at the stadium

Ticket sale at the ticket office near entry number 4 at Fortuna Arena usually starts 2 working days before the match. If the ticket office is open on earlier days, you can buy tickets for the match if they are on general sale.

Available seats can be found at online sale and are exactly the same as you can purchase at ticket office. If the match is sold out at online sale no tickets are available at ticket office. Payment is possible in cash in Czech Crowns or by credit card. You don´t need your ID to buy tickets.

Special sectors

North Stand
The North Stand is located on the north stand of the Fortuna Arena and is home to Slavia’s most loyal fans. If you buy tickets for North Stand, i.e. sectors 105 - 110, don't expect to be seated in your seat. In the Tribuna Sever, fans stand, cheer and create the atmosphere of the match. Please note that for your own sake you should not go to the North Stand wearing any club clothing other than those of Slavia.

Family area
Family area is located on the 2nd floor of the J.W. Madden Stand and is accessible through Entrance 4. The area is designed for fans with young children who want to feel safe during the match, as well as to be able to keep their children entertained in the children's corner and have the opportunity to purchase refreshments designed for children's visitors.

Children can play Slavia board games, table football and the smallest Slavia fans can try kicking ball at a goal, get a Slavia tattoo or have the Slavia’s logo painted on their face. Children can also use colouring books, watercolours, crayons and draw with chalk on the blackboards. The Slavia hostesses have also prepared competitions for small sweet prizes for the children.

The Family are offers an assortment of snacks adapted to children, besides hot dogs and ham sausage you can also buy fruit pockets, corn chips, popcorn, cookies and drinks with a straw to avoid spilling a drink.

Moreover, FIFA 23 is ready for visitors of the Family area who visit the CZC Gaming Showroom before the match to play against a member of our eSports team! The CZC Gaming Showroom is primarily for children aged 10 to 16 and is open an hour and a half before kick-off. Each person can play only one game. The CZC Gaming Showroom can be found on the 1st floor on the way to the Family area.

Entrance to the Family area is only via stairs, there is unfortunately no lift.

Seats for wheelchair users
There are three areas in the stadium from which fans in wheelchairs with an escort can watch the match. The areas are located directly opposite entrances 1, 4 and 3 (away sector) and it is of course wheelchair accessible. Toilets are located in the immediate vicinity of the wheelchair spaces.
Visiting supporter sector
Ticket sale to visiting suporter sector is conducted upon the agreement with the visiting club. If there are tickets left after the presale, they may be on sale at ticket office near the entry 3 near the visiting supporter sector 2 hours before the start of the match. Payment is possible only in cash in Czech Crowns.

B-team tickets

Tickets for the B-team matches are available at the Radotín ticket office on the day of the match 75 minutes before kick-off. The stadium opens to the public at the same time. The entrance fee is 100 CZK, Eden season ticket holders are free of charge. They can get their free ticket also at the Radotín ticket office upon presenting their valid season ticket. Entrance for children up to 12 years old is for free.

Is it necessary to buy a ticket for a child who can sit on my lap?

Tickets must be purchased for every fan attending the match, so also when you share a seat. The upper age limit for a child ticket is 14 years old, and a child discount can be applied to the ticket.

When I purchase a discounted ticket online, do I need to provide any documents to verify the discount?

Verification of the discount is not required during the online purchase. However, random checks are conducted at the entrance, and you may be asked to present a document justifying the discount. Therefore, it is advisable to carry the relevant document with you.

How can I prove the age of my child?

For children, presenting a health insurance card, passport, identity card, etc., is sufficient.

What does LV mean for the seat I want to purchase?

LV indicates limited view, meaning there is not 100% visibility from the seat. For example, the view might be limited to the stadium screens, corners of the field, or there might be a wall with a railing in the front rows, etc.

What does ‘Z1’, ‘Z2’, ‘Z3’ mean?

These letters denote the price categories for the specific match.
