Srdjan Plavšić joins Slavia

25-year old Serbian midfielder signed contract with the Red-Whites until 2024.

“I came to Slavia to be successful. To win as many trophies as possible. My dream is to play in the Champions League. I will do my best in every training, I will always give hundred percent,” Plavšić said.

Srdjan Plavšić started his youth career in Vojvodina Novi Sad before joining ČSK Čelarevo in the Serbian second division. After two years he earned his move to Spartak Subotica and after another year he moved to CZ Belgrade before 2015/16 season. Plavšić won the Serbian title in his first season with Crvena Zvezda, scored two goals and added eight assists.

After another season (8 goals, 4 assists) he came to the Czech Republic and joined Sparta Prague. During 4 seasons with Sparta he started to 101 games, scored 10 goals, and provided 18 assists. After the end of the 2020/21 his contract in Sparta expires and Plavšić joins Slavia on a free transfer. His contract comes into force on 1 July 2021.

Winning Finish to a Golden Season. Champions Defeat Plzeň

Wearing a special set of charity kits, Slavia Prague defeated Viktoria Plzeň 3–0 in the final match of the season. The champions opened the scoring with quick-fire goals from Chaloupek and Suleiman, before Chytil added a penalty before half-time. The celebrations could then begin in Eden with the “Garden Party for a Good Cause.”

Defeat in Hradec. Debutant Kohout Scores Slavia’s Only Goal

The Chance Liga champions suffered a 3–1 defeat away to Hradec Králové in the penultimate round of the season. The Votroci remained the only team Slavia failed to beat this season. Slavia’s only goal came late on through debutant Dan Kohout.

CHAMPIONS 23. Victory over Jablonec Secures Back-to-Back Titles

Slavia Prague defeated Jablonec 5–1 in the third round of the championship group and secured the league title. The goals that sealed the successful defence of last year’s triumph came from Štěpán Chaloupek, who scored twice, Samuel Isife, Mojmír Chytil and Tomáš Holeš. The visitors’ only reply came through Sobol. It is the 23rd league title in the club’s history. CONGRATULATIONS. THANK YOU!
