New reinforcements of the team and the club management

PRAGUE - New players, new board members and lot of information about the upcoming season in the club. Slavia held a press conference on Tuesday morning.
During Tuesday’s press conference Slavia introduced not only the first reinforcements of the A-team but also new members of the club management. Jaroslav Tvrdík has accepted the position of the chairman of the board. Vice-chairman of the board will be the new general director Martin Krob. The board members will be Tomáš Syrovátka and Tomáš Bůzek and also the spotrs director Josef Jinoch and head coach Dušan Uhrin. “We would like to put more focus on the sports department so we decided to go the English way where the sports management and the head coach hold more responsibilities,” explained Jaroslav Tvrdík.

And who are the newest members of the squad?

Jasmin Ščuk (14. 7. 1990)

Bosnian midfielder Jasmin Ščuk was introduced to the Czech football by the head of Slavia’s youth academy Jiří Plíšek. He joined the junior team of Mladá Boleslav in 2009 and became a part of the first squad in spring 2011 debuting in May against Viktoria Plzeň. Ščuk stayed faithful to one team until his transfer to Slavia scoring 27 goals in 128 league matches. And Slavia can only be grateful that he scored in the MOL Cup final, Mladá Boleslav won the trophy and Slavia once again joined the Europa League qualifiers. He signed a contract until 30 June 2019.

Michael Ngadeu Ngadjui (23. 11. 1990)

Cameroonian defender started his football career in Canon Kpakum Yaoundé and when he was twenty he joined a German team Kirchhörder SC and later SV Sandhausen. He fought his way to 1. FC Nürnberg second team and later transferred to Romanian FC Boto?ani. Ngadjui not only became a steady part of the starting eleven but became a captain of the first league club. He signed a contract until 30 June 2019.
