Mohammed Ihattaren joins Slavia

Mohammed Ihattaren is a new signing for Slavia. The Dutch midfielder arrives as a free agent, signing a one-year contract with an optional three-year extension.

Mohammed has been a great talent of Dutch football, he showed great abilities at a very young age. Slavia wants to give him a second chance. He is working on himself and wants to return to professional football. He has a family background, a great motivation to succeed.

Ihattarenīs contract is mainly performance based, depending on first team caps. At first, he will prepare individually.

Ihattaren was born in Utrecht, in the Netherlands. Fourteen days before his 17th birthday, on 26th of January 2019, he made his debut for PSV Eindhoven first team against Groningen. He registered seven goals and nine assists in the 2019/20 Eredivisie season. He scored goals in Dutch top flight and in European cups.

The twenty-one-year-old technical midfielder caught the eye with his excellent left foot. He plays on the wing, mostly on the right, or as a number ten.

After finishing at PSV, he tried to restart his career at Juventus, Sampdoria and Ajax. Ihattarenīs last match was in July 2022, when he scored twice for Jong Ajax in a friendly match against Paderborn.
