Lukáš Vorlický joins Slavia

Slavia latest addition is Lukáš Vorlický. The twenty-two-year-old attacking midfielder joins the club from Atalanta Bergamo and has signed a contract with Eden until June 2027.

The product of Zbrojovka Brno, who is currently in rehabilitation following knee surgery, will start his tenure at Slavia as a player for the B-team.

"Slavia presented me with a project that fulfilled absolutely everything I desired. I want to return to the footballing level I believe I am capable of. I love football, so I didn´t give up. I must thank Slavia for allowing me to be here, for giving me hope," says Lukáš Vorlický after signing a 3.5-year contract.

Vorlický left Zbrojovka Brno to join the renowned academy of Atalanta Bergamo at the age of fifteen. During his time in Italy, he faced health complications, undergoing two knee surgeries. However, he persisted, making three appearances for Atalanta in Serie A. He officially played for twenty-two minutes against Lecce, AC Milan, and Udinese. Subsequently, his knee began troubling him again, leading to another surgery.
