Red Bull Salzburg – SK Slavia Praha

Red Bull are Austria’s ruling champion once again. The Salzburg have won the title three times in a row as well as the domestic cup. The team is getting ready for the Champions league and their greatest star is undoubtedly Jonatan Soriano who scored 21 times in 27 matches during the previous campaign. The head coach is a former FC Barcelona player Óscar García.

SK Slavia Praha – Ludogorets Razgrad

Slavia will face a champion even in their second match. The Bulgarian number one Ludogorets have been dominating the domestic competition for five years now. They participated in the group stage of Champions League in 2014/2015 facing tough opponents such as Real Madrid, Liverpool or FC Basel. The head coach is Georgi Dermendzhiev.

SK Slavia Praha – KS Teuta Durrës

Finishing fourth in the Albanian league, Teuta is going to participate in the European qualifiers. And it isn’t their first try to conquer Europe, Gugashe Maganiho’s squad had two opportunities in the previous years. Teuta didn’t, however, grab them as they firstly lost to Georgian FC Metalurgi and in 2013/2014 to Rustavi Dacia Chiºinãu.

SK Slavia Praha – FC Rostov

The dark horse of the Russian league FC Rostov brought one of the biggest surprises in the domestic competition. The unexpected runners-up were only two points short of the winning CSKA Moscow and it means that FC Rostov will join the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League. The head coach is Kurban Berdyev from Turkmenistan.

Slavia drew 0–0 with Athletic Bilbao in the 5th round of the Champions League league phase. Jindřich Staněk delivered an exceptional performance, denying the Basque club four clear goal-scoring opportunities. After five matches, the Red-Whites have three points from three draws.

Slavia defeated Bohemians in front of 18,992 spectators at Fortuna Arena and continue to lead the Chance Liga table. The Vršovice derby was decided in the first half, with goals from Tomáš Chorý and Štěpán Chaloupek (the latter deflected in by Okeke). In the second half, Lukáš Provod scored a stunning strike, while Zeman pulled one back for the visitors.
