David Pech joins Slavia

Czech youth international David Pech transfers from FK Mladá Boleslav and signed a deal until June 2027.

The 20-year-old right midfielder or right-back came to Mladá Boleslav in 2013 and going through several youth categories, he made his senior debut in August 2019. He was also member of the Czech youth national teams, in 2022 he qualified for the EURO 2023 with the U21 team.

This season he had not missed a single league game for Mladá Boleslav scoring one goal and providing one assist. He caught an interest of big clubs with his ability to launch an attack, he made 4,16 dribblings per 90 minutes which is the highest number among all right-backs in the Czech league (with more than 500 minutes played).

“I am really glad Slavia were interested in me and I hope I will fit into the style of the team. I love running, I am physically prepared, and I know that this is something Slavia style is based on. I am looking forward to playing in front of the fans, and to meeting my former teammates from Mladá Boleslav. I hope they help me to adapt as soon as possible,” Pech said after his signing.
