2. The purpose of the Visitor Regulations is to ensure the protection of the health and safety of persons and property and the protection of order in the Arena, as well as to ensure, as far as possible, ideal conditions for the conduct of all events to be held in the Arena. The purpose of the Visitor Regulations is also to ensure a pleasant sporting and social atmosphere in the Arena.

3. By purchasing a ticket and/or by entering any event held in the Arena, each visitor confirms that he/she has fully and properly read these Visitor Regulations, that he/she has fully understood them, agrees with them, i.e. with their content and all the conditions set out therein, undertakes to respect and observe them and considers them to be fully binding on him/her, and expressly agrees in particular to his/her obligation to pay any contractual penalty within the meaning of the provisions of Section 6(3) thereof.

§ 2 Arena

1. The arena is used by the public for social events (football matches, concerts, etc.) and the owner of the arena decides exclusively on its use.

2. The public may enter the Arena only with the consent of the owner, only at the times set out in these Visitor Regulations or in exceptional cases by other decision of the owner, and only if the conditions set out in these Visitor Regulations are complied with.

3. These Visitor Regulations are also binding on all persons who will use the Arena for their own events on the basis of a special contract concluded for a specific purpose, as well as on guests and visitors to such events.

4. In addition to the owner, the organizing or security service, or the police within the scope of their legal authority, shall also be entitled to supervise the observance and respect of these Visitor Regulations.

§ 3 Staying in the Arena

1. Only persons who have a valid ticket issued by the owner or a person authorised or authorised by him or another document authorising entry or persons who can prove their right to stay in the Arena may stay in the Arena. Any person inside the Arena is obliged to prove his/her right to stay with a valid ticket or a document authorizing his/her stay at the request of the Owner, the organizing or security service or the police. Anyone who is unable to prove their authority to be inside the Arena will be escorted out of the Arena. Upon leaving the Arena, the ticket loses its validity; the same applies to the holder of a permanent ticket regarding the entitlement to enter the event for a specific game day.

2. The Arena is always open to the public at least one hour before the event starts until one hour after the event ends, unless otherwise specified by the owner for organisational reasons.

3. Visitors are required to occupy only the seat indicated on the ticket for the event. In the case of sports matches in the Arena, fans and supporters of the visiting team are obliged to stay only in the sector designated by the Owner for the supporters of the visiting team (guest sector).

4. In justified cases, the Owner is entitled to unilaterally determine that certain parts of the Arena can only be purchased or accessed if the conditions are met in advance (according to club affiliation, admission without external club identification, etc.).

5. For safety reasons and to avert danger, visitors are obliged to take seats other than those indicated on the ticket, possibly in a different sector, on the instructions of the organizing and security services as well as the police. The same applies to visitors who arrive after the start of the event. This measure does not give rise to any entitlement/obligation to a reduction/surcharge of the admission fee.

6. Persons who are obviously under the influence of alcohol or other addictive substances, as well as persons who endanger the safety of persons or property located in the Arena, lose the right to stay in the Arena and may be escorted out of the Arena area at any time by the organizing or security service or the police.

7. The Owner is entitled to sell tickets at risk events only upon presentation of an identity card (ID card, passport or driving licence), where the details of the date of birth and the name of the ticket holder will be printed on the ticket. Entry to the Arena will then be granted at the entrance control only upon presentation of an identity card, where the data on the card must match the data printed on the ticket or permanent ticket.

8. The Visitor acknowledges and agrees that by entering the Arena, the Owner is entitled to make and process visual or audio-visual recordings (especially photographic, video or audio-video) in the Arena and its immediate vicinity (especially the Fanzone), which may also capture the Visitor. The owner is entitled to use this recording for its marketing and other similar purposes. The visitor is not entitled to any remuneration or other consideration in connection with the taking, processing and use of the image or audio-visual recordings.

9. The Visitor acknowledges that some of the sales stands within the Arena are only available for cashless payments and some are also available for cash payments (see the Arena stand plan located in the corridor or on the Owner's website).

At the request of the security or organizing service, the visitor is obliged to show his/her ID card or other identification upon entering the Arena and at any time during his/her stay in the Arena. Anyone who is unable to prove his/her identity may be escorted out of the Arena or may not be admitted to the Arena.

The rights and obligations related to the ticket are set out in the terms and conditions for ticket sales.

3. Every visitor is obliged to submit to an entry check and search upon entering the Arena and at any time during his/her stay in the Arena by members of the organizing or security services as well as the police. This entry control and search is aimed in particular at observing the prohibition of bringing objects according to these Visitor Regulations and minimizing risks. The entry check and search also applies to the luggage brought in and allows for the inspection of individual items brought in. The organizing or security service, as well as the police, are entitled to examine, even with the use of technical means, persons who, because of suspected previous consumption of alcohol or other addictive substances or because of bringing in weapons or other dangerous objects or things or substances causing a fire hazard, may pose a security risk to the event. As part of this search, the organizing or security service or the police are also authorized to remove or temporarily store items whose entry into the Arena is prohibited by these Visitor Regulations or which could disrupt security or public order.

4. It is forbidden to bring objects into the Arena premises which could in any way endanger the safety and adequate facilities of persons staying in the premises and their property. The prohibition to bring such objects into the Arena is decided by the organizing or security service on behalf of the owner, or in individual and exceptional cases by a person authorized by the owner.

5. Persons who cannot prove their authorisation to visit or enter the Arena or persons who pose a security risk within the meaning of these Visitor Regulations or refuse to submit to an entry control or search will not be allowed to enter the Arena or will be escorted out of the Arena. The Owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the Arena to persons who have been banned from entering the Arena, either by public authorities or by the organisers of similar events in the Czech Republic, because of their disruptive behaviour at similar events.
