PRAGUE/STRAHOV STADIUM - Slavia needed to defeat Zbrojovka Brno to secure their 18th Czech/Czechoslovak title regardless other games. The sewn-ones did not leave anything to chance and beated Brno 4-0.
Slavia set the pace from the very beginning and it took less than half an hour to assure the fans that there would be no doubt about the Czech title.

At minute 26 Michal Frydrych made the sold-out Strahov stadium celebrate for the first time heading Jaromír Zmrhal's corner kick into the net.

Just three minutes later Stanislav Tecl scored his first goal of the night after another Zmrhal's cross fron the left wing.

After the break Stanislav Tect again capitalized from Michael Ngadeu's low cross and scored his second in the game.

Michael Ngadeu then turned into scorer himself and added fourth with his well-placed shot from distance.

Slavia thus secured their 18th Czech/Czechoslovak title, first one since 2009 finishing two points ahead Viktoria Plzeň in the league table.
