Shirts of all Ballon d’Or winners in Slavia Museum

Don’t miss unique exhibition in Slavia Museum displaying original signed shirts of all 44 Ballon d’Or winners!
Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modriæ, Kaká, Ronaldinho, Luís Figo, Ronaldo, Zinédine Zidane, Roberto Baggio, Marco van Basten, Franz Beckenbauer, Johan Cruijff, Bobby Charlton, George Best, Alfredo Di Stéfano and many others. Original shirts these stars wore are now displayed in Slavia Museum. Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia) is represented by Josef Masopust (winner from 1962) and Pavel Nedvìd (winner from 2003). The trophy – Ballon d’Or from 1962 itself – is also part of the exhibition.

The unique collection – the only one of its kind in the world – is property of Kenneth John Formosa from Malta. This is very first time these shirts have been publicly displayed together.

The exhibition is open till the half of December together with the rest of Slavia Museum and stadium tours. Admission cost 150 CZK for adults and 100 CZK for children under 15 years of age. Tickets can be purchased online via Ticketportal.cz and in the stadium box office (next to the entrance no 4) during Museum opening hours.

Slavia Museum is the biggest football museum in the Czech Republic. It covers an area of 1,200 square meters and currently displays more than 1,000 exhibits not only from the history of Slavia, but also from the entire world and Czech sport. The expositions are regularly amended and updated.

29 large screens are situated on the museum ground floor including a large “videowall”. Apart from seeing precious artefacts, the visitors may watch many videos and footages, documents and famous matches and goals which remained unpublished so far.
