FK Pardubice - SK Slavia Praha
Goals: - 48. Schranz, 50. Chytil
Slavia won on Pardubice´s ground after a converted penalty by Ivan Schranz and a precise header by Mojmir Chytil, securing a 2-0 victory. In the incomplete standings of the 21st round of the Chance Liga, they extended their lead to thirteen points.

CFIG Arena, the 14th team of the competition from Pardubice, and a freezing clear sky over the city of gingerbread. This was the setting for Slavia?s entry into the 21st round of the Chance Liga. The lineup saw only one change compared to the match against Mlada Boleslav ? the team's top scorer of the current season, Tomas Chory, was replaced in the attack by Ivan Schranz.

The first chance of the match came to Christos Zafeiris, who broke through the defense but sent his shot over the bar, partially due to a slight push.

In the 8th minute, a penalty was awarded after a foul on Mojmir Chytil, but VAR overturned the referee's decision. Slavia continued to press, and David Zima leaped for a precise cross from Christos Zafeiris, but no finishing shot followed from the subsequent scramble.

In the 17th minute, Lukas Provod elegantly flicked the ball over his opponent and attempted a shot, but it only hit the same player from the previous duel. Oscar Dorley?s follow-up effort also did not find the back of the net.

Moments later, Malick Diouf showcased his skills, with a powerful left-footed strike crashing against the crossbar. Another venomous attempt from the Senegalese fullback was collected by the home goalkeeper.

Slavia?s attacking intensity did not wane. After a brilliant play by Lukas Provod, Ivan Schranz fired from close range, but his shot was deflected just past the post by the defense.

Around the half-hour mark, Tomas Holes attempted a volley, but his effort went high over the bar. He repeated the same outcome after a direct free kick from Malick Diouf.

Just before halftime, Ivan Schranz was close to a promising opportunity, but just as he was about to direct the ball into the net, the last defender from Pardubice cleared it away with a header.

In the 45th minute, Ivan Schranz fired a shot from outside the box, but goalkeeper Vorel made a spectacular save. Mojmir Chytil?s subsequent header missed just wide.

The first half ended symbolically with a shot over the crossbar, this time from Christos Zafeiris.

At the start of the second half, with no changes in either team?s lineup, Oscar Dorley tested Vorel with a low left-footed strike.

In the 48th minute, the referee awarded a penalty for a handball in the box, and Ivan Schranz successfully converted it, scoring his first league goal of the season and giving Slavia the lead ? 1:0!

Malick Diouf nearly extended the lead with an acrobatic effort that barely cleared the bar. But in the 50th minute, Mojmir Chytil succeeded, directing Christos Zafeiris?s cross past the helpless goalkeeper with a well-placed header ? 2:0!

Giannis-Fivos Botos made his debut for Slavia, replacing Lukas Provod, while Ondrej Lingr came on for Mojmir Chytil.

In the 75th minute, Jindrich Stanek made a superb save, earning applause from the Slavia supporters.

The final minutes saw more Slavia debuts, as Oscar was replaced by David Moses, and Ivan Schranz made way for the returning Vasil Kusej.

Just before the final whistle, Kusej set up Christos Zafeiris for a great chance, but goalkeeper Vorel denied him. The Greek midfielder was then substituted by Stepan Chaloupek.

In stoppage time, Malick Diouf had a chance for a third goal, but his powerful shot was blocked at the last moment by a sliding defender.

Nothing else happened in CFIG Arena, and Slavia took home an important three points with a 2-0 win in Pardubice. Their next match is scheduled for Sunday, February 16, at home against Banik.
