Slavia secured a place among the top eight teams in the domestic cup after overcoming a resilient second-division Táborsko 1-0 in extra time at Eden. The winning goal came in the 114th minute when Mojmír Chytil finally broke through against the outstanding goalkeeper Pastornický.

Slavia defeated Viktoria Plzeň 3-1 in the top clash of the 23rd round at Štruncovy Sady, strengthening their lead at the top of the table to thirteen points.
