PREVIEW: Slavia v Viktoria – my home is my castle

Slavia play Viktoria Plzeň away in Doosan Arena on Sunday in probably the most important game of 2019 league spring.
The red-whites are now 6 points clear on top of the table ahead of the ruling champions Viktoria Plzeň. In case of Slavia victory the difference will increase to 9 points which would give Slavia great position for the Champions’ part of the league.

However, last time Slavia managed to win in Plzeň was in May 2013 when Milan Škoda scored the only goal of the game. Moreover, both teams have been 100% on their soil for 5 years. Last time one of the teams won away was in April 2014 when Viktoria defeated Slavia 2-0 in Eden.
