Information on ticket sales for the match against Plzeň
We will play our Round 29 Chance League match against FC Viktoria Plzeň on Sunday, April 12, at 6:30 p.m. at Fortuna Arena. Tickets are available in the Z3 price category. Tickets can only be purchased through the Slavia app.
- From Monday, March 23, at 2:00 PM in the Slavia app until Wednesday, March 25, at 12:00 PM: Advance sales for holders of Platinum season tickets for the 2024/25 season. Each person may purchase one ticket until tickets are sold out. Tickets are sold exclusively through the app using a code found in the Special Offers section of the app. If the code does not appear in the section 24 hours before sales begin, request it via Zpětná vazba directly in the app
- From Wednesday, March 25, 2:00 PM in the Slavia app until Monday, March 30, 12:00 PM: advance sale for all season ticket holders, only if tickets are not sold out. Each person may purchase one ticket until tickets are sold out. Sales take place online in the Slavia app under the Lístky - V prodeji section
- from Tuesday, March 31, 2:00 PM in the Slavia app until Tuesday, April 7, 12:00 PM, there will be a controlled open sale if tickets are not sold out. Every app user registered by February 10 can purchase up to 2 tickets using a code found in Speciální nabídky section in the Slavia app
- From Wednesday, April 8, at 2:00 PM in the Slavia app until Sunday, April 12, at 7:30 PM, general sales will take place. You can purchase 2 tickets per transaction only if the event is not sold out
Later display of the QR code and delivery of the e-ticket
As part of our efforts to combat ticket scalpers, certain rules apply to the display and delivery of tickets after purchase. Immediately after purchasing a ticket, you will receive a purchase confirmation via email. If you buy a ticket through the app, the ticket’s QR code will not be displayed until 24 hours before the match. If you purchase a ticket via the Ticketportal website, the ticket will be sent to your email as a PDF attachment up to 24 hours before the match.
Beware of scalpers and scammers
In connection with this match, we expect an increased number of ticket offers from scalpers and scammers. Don’t fall for them—the only guaranteed way to purchase a ticket is through the Slavia app.

Tickets for the Parents and Children Section
If you’re heading to a soccer game with your kids, take advantage of the discounted family ticket for the Parents and Children Section in sections 225, 226, and 227. A ticket for 1,800 CZK covers two adults and two children. You can then purchase up to two additional children’s tickets at a discounted price. So, the more young Slavia fans you bring to the game, the better the price you’ll get compared to regular admission to other sections. Family tickets can only be purchased at the ticket offices or by emailing vstupenky@slavia.cz upon request; this is to ensure that Sections 225–227 are reserved exclusively for families with children. Please note that with the expansion of the Family Section, when purchasing individual tickets, Sectors 225 and 226 are classified in Price Category B and Sector 227 in Price Category A.
Tickets for Wheelchair Users
If you wish to purchase a ticket for a wheelchair user and their companion, please email your request to vstupenky@slavia.cz. If you wish to purchase a parking spot for the match, please email csr@slavia.cz at least 5 days before the match and specify the sector for which you have purchased a ticket. When arranging parking, we will try to find a spot closest to your sector. The parking fee is 150 CZK.
Tickets for the North Stand
The North Stand is located on the north side of Fortuna Arena and is home to Slavia’s fan section. If you purchase tickets for the North Stand—specifically for sections 105–110—don’t expect to be seated. In the North Stand, fans stand, cheer, and create the atmosphere of the match. Please note that, in your own interest, you should not enter the North Stand wearing any club apparel other than Slavia’s. Do not take any photos on the North Stand.
Applying Discounts
All types of discounts (children’s, student, senior) can be applied when purchasing tickets online via the app or at the box office. If you wish to apply a student discount online, you can do so only by entering your ISIC card number. At the ticket offices, the student discount can be applied either by presenting an ISIC card or by presenting a confirmation of enrollment on a completed standard form. If you have a discounted ticket and are not eligible for the discount, you can pay the difference on the day of the match at the ticket offices at Entrance No. 4.
