Slavia completed their Easter feast in Ostrava, defeating second-from-bottom Baník in the first half thanks to goals from Tomáš Chorý and Lukáš Provod. Slavia also benefited from Markovič saving a penalty, allowing them to dominate the regular season with 67 points.

Slavia’s journey in the MOL Cup ends in the quarter-finals. They lost 2–3 in Jablonec, with the dramatic clash decided only by a penalty shootout. The goals for the team in red and white during regular time were scored by Mubarak Suleiman, and Youssoupha Mbodji sent the match into extra time with a stoppage-time equaliser.
